We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan.
2. Shipping Providers
We use reputable local courier services, including TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
- Flat rate of PKR 200. Delivery within 4-5 business days.
- Free Shipping: For orders over PKR 10000. Delivery within 4-5 business days.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number. You can track your order on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.
6. Handling Fees
No additional handling fees are charged; the shipping rate covers all costs.
7. Damages
Resa.pk is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim and inform our customer support team for assistance. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Missing or Lost Package
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service to verify. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support team at info@resa.pk
