Exchange requests can be made by emailing us at info@resa.pk with your Order ID. The product must be unused, unaltered, with the price label intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Products purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Due to variations in color monitors/screens and lighting during photo-shoots, slight differences in color or texture may occur. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund is only applicable for products with manufacturing defects.
Refunds are generally not provided, except in exceptional cases such as product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
If a full-priced product goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and may take up to 15 working days.
The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other reasons, with notification sent via email.
Order inquiries are accepted within 15 working days after placement, while claims and complaints are not entertained after 7 days of delivery.
