Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Cash Refunds.
  • Exchange requests can be made by emailing us at info@resa.pk with your Order ID. The product must be unused, unaltered, with the price label intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • Due to variations in color monitors/screens and lighting during photo-shoots, slight differences in color or texture may occur. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund is only applicable for products with manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds are generally not provided, except in exceptional cases such as product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
  • If a full-priced product goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
  • For credit card payments, refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and may take up to 15 working days.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other reasons, with notification sent via email.
  • Order inquiries are accepted within 15 working days after placement, while claims and complaints are not entertained after 7 days of delivery.
